James and his team built me a 2 floor extension. They completed the work on time and did a superb job, their prices were very reasonable compared to some of the quotes I received and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

James has done the farm buildings for me. He is one of those people who don't create any problems at all. He is a very good builder, very experienced and hard-working. Great.

One thing I can say about Jim is that he is the cleanest builder I've ever met. He doesn't leave a mess at all. We used to leave him in the house and if you didn't know he was working there, you wouldn't know he's been there. The only way to describe his work is 'excellent'. He converted our loft and put a new stair case in, built us a utility room and put an en suite in as well. We've got a dog and he always made sure he'd put planks up at the end of the night etc. He's very considerate and his work is first class.

James is fantastic, he did a really good job. We've got an old cottage and James did a loft conversion for us. I had a 3 year old plus I was 8 months pregnant at this time but James was so extremely considerate. He finished the bathroom really quickly which was very appreciated. You hear horror stories about builders but not once did James not turn up when he said he was going to be here. The job was finished ahead of schedule too. I would recommend James to anyone. He's extremely reliable and considerate.
