I had had several builders show disinterest in rebuilding my porch pier either by never turning up to provide quotations or, in one case, not arriving when agreed to do the job! Grand Urban Ideas were attentive and efficient from the word go. They arrived as agreed to look at the job and provided a quotation. They dug down to expose the faulty foundation and decided how best to approach the rebuild. Having provided an acceptable price and schedule they arrived on time and completed the work effectively and very tidily, with excellent communication throughout. It is a great job and I would recommend Grand Urban Ideas without reservation.
