  We had various works done by Russ Lomas including attic conversion, new kitchen, bathroom and window replacements along with outside works including new driveway and decking area. Work History

i served my time in grange over sands as a general builder. i then moved on to some large construction sites to update my skills.in 1989 i decided to become self employed and worked for a number of local tradesman as well as contracts of my own. in the last few years i have relied entirely on my own contacts, other local trades and word of mouth between clients and projects. i have recently completed jobs as diverse as a large extension in levens to dashing a chimney at dalton, from replacing a broken roof tile to a whole new slate roof in grange.

time served general builder. safety awareness. citb plant and machinery. lcc advanced groundwork certificate. time served general builder. also worked on projects as machine driver and groundworker. i have skills in plastering, dashing, blockwork, roofing, tiling and groundworks.
