Very disappointed with a neutral feedback. We undertook the work at a loss to honour our agreement through My Builder, the level of perpetration undertaken by the client was shocking and the rectification of this was not charged back to the homeowner. The finish of work was to a high standard and completed in a timely manner for the agreed amount. Ultimately we cannot deliver anymore to a client than what we agree. Again, extremely disappointed.

Work History
HB&R has now merged with JCT Contractors Ltd and as such we now offer a wider range of services in new build and more importantly, we are the preffered fire and flood restoration contractor for Blue Drop Insurance Services Ltd nationally. Our history ranges from damp and structural remediation backed by PAM Ties Ltd, to extensive high spec conversions, refurbishment and new build.
Qualifications & Accreditations
NVQ level 2, NVQ Level 3 Plastering, Restoration Diploma, NVQ 2 Brickwork, FMB registered, Approved Wykamol installer (damp proofing product and system manufacturer) PCA member NVQ 2 Fibrous Plastering, Asbestos awareness certs, CSCS cards x 4, CSRT qualified surveyor Health and Safetey, registered Ltd company. Our skill set is based around insurance fire and flood restoration, structural alterations and high spec new build construction as turn key projects. We are highly skilled in these areas and our qualifications and experience show in the quality of our work and the professional nature in which our projects are undertaken.
