We engaged Ian to build a Kitchen extension which included a new design and roof from the old Kitchen. Ian was able to meet tight deadlines which we had for our new Kitchen to be installed and although we had several unexpected challanges during the building of our Kitchen extension he was still able to meet the deadline of 6th December. He was able to deal with the need for support beams which were missing to the main walls of the house from a previous home improvement(?) He made suggestions to the design of the ceiling in the kitchen and the light design which have turned out very well and to our complete satisfaction. He is a very conscientious worker and strives to meet your every need and was able to help with the building of an extractor chimney which was needed to cover the duct for the cooker extractor to the new roof. His contacts in the trade were of great help as well as new plumbing and electrics were found to be needed as work progressed and this was done quickly and efficiently all thanks to Ian. Ian has done a very good job on our internal refurbishment. I would have no hesitation in recommending him and will be using him again to carry out further works in the future. Totally trustworthy, did exactly what we asked for to a very high standard on time and on budget. Ian allowed us the freedom to choose our own fixtures and fittings and consulted with us at every stage on the other fittings in some cases taking extra time to make sure we were 100% satisfied. Ian has worked really hard on our project and has left two very satisfied customers with a lovely home
