Work History
After gaining my NVQ in carpentry and Joinery and serving my apprentiship I subcontracted for various upvc window and door companies as a fitter. I did this for ten years, I then set up my own business and for the last 15 years have been self employed. I have undertaken a variety of projects spanning a wide range of skills and after working within the building trade for 25 years I am able to supply references from many customers if required.
Qualifications & Accreditations
NVQ Levels two and three in Carpentry and Joinery.
CIS UTR reference number 46751 56712
I have full Public Liability Insurance.
My skills are all aspects of internal and external joinery, upvc doors, windows and conservatories, velux roof windows, internal doors, loft ladders, kitchens, skirting boards, architraves, hard wood and laminate flooring, spindles, newel posts, balustrades, stud walls, partitions and false ceilings, through to sheds, fencing, roof refurbs and repairs, floor and wall tiling, stone walling, house re-pointing, rendering, patch plastering, painting, decorating and landscape gardening.

GB Joinery and Property Maintenance take pride in the finished project and always ensure the job will run as smoothly as possible.I always listen and produce what the client requests at all times, I dont take short cuts and wont rush a job. I take pride in seeing the transformation of the job from start to finish.I always give quality workmanship at competitive rates, and although I may not be the cheapest, I am certainly not the most expensive. From the smallest job like re-hanging a door, to renovating a whole house, I am always professional and won't leave at the end of the job until you are completely satisfied with the work. Payment is only requested when the job has been finished.
If you require me to quote for you I would strongly advise that a convenient appointment is made to discuss and assess all work. This enables the best advice, peace of mind for you the customer and clarity for myself as a tradesmen.
Those Quotes put forward prior to an appointment are of course, based on previous experience with similar jobs.
