Hired Paul to fix a broken actuator on my heating system. Posted job Thursday evening and he replied quickly with reasonable quote and came out the following morning to repair problem which was great as we were without hot water.

After a slight change of plans, the work was undertaken on a Saturday morning which suited myself. A damaged pipe, was also replaced as part of the work. The job took longer than expected due to problems related to the age of the plumbing elsewhere, but Paul never quibbled about this. All work was done to a high standard and Paul tidied after himself. Would/will use again.

Posted job on Friday evening, and didn't expect anyone until Tuesday at the earliest as Friday/Monday was holiday easter weekend but Paul got boiler going the next day Saturday afternoon. Professional, kept in contact phoning in advance to let me know he was on his way, no surprises with the price, price quoted was the price paid, knew exactly what he was doing. Would have no hesitation in recommending to others .

After a freezing weekend with no heating or hot water Paul arrived on Monday, diagnosed the problem, got me operational in the interim and returned the next day to complete. Paul got out to within a couple of hours of calling and quickly established what the problem was and that it was a building issue as opposed to a boiler problem and didn't charge any call out fee for doing so.

Paul installed a entire central heating system for a 3 bedroom flat. He took time to inspect site and to discuss the possible boiler models. Paul assisted me in sourcing relevant material for the job and was well organised so that the project started on time. He was diligent in his execution of the project and tidied up after himself. My tenant in the flat was delighted with how well it all went and Paul comes highly recommended by us. Moreover, Paul was great with the paperwork post project and took great care in making sure that we would leave as satisfied customers. We're appreciative of Paul's quality delivery of services.

I can heartily recommend Paul. He does what most tradesmen don't, he arrived exactly when he said he would!
Once there he diagnosed the problem (knackered pump), promised to call the next day (then did).

Excellent service, he sourced the new pump and fitted it including a service to the boiler all within 48 hours of me posting the job.

Price was very competitive in my opinion (I checked web prices for the pump).

Overall a very positive experience.

Paul, started what was to be a rather simple service exercise which in turn ended up with a new boiler/pipework modification project. When he discovered the pipework blockage following the heating breakdown he worked tirelessly on a Saturday afternoon underneath my kitchen floor to correct it. He then fitted my new boiler in 2 days flat working late in order to ensure that there was heat/hot water for the kids. I would recommend Paul to anyone looking for boiler servicing/replacement in the Greater Glasgow area.

I hired PM gas and heating services to replace my old boiler.

Mr McLanachan thoroughly checked the job before starting and was very polite and tidy.

The job took a little longer than expected but he worked flat out and stayed working until 9pm to finish. Would highly recommend PM gas and heating services.

Thermostat wasn't working and Paul found problem quickly. He was very good at letting me know when he was able to make it to fit part giving me an exact time. Found his quote very reasonable too. Will be giving him a call again if I have any other problems with boiler.
