We had a kitchen wall removed a radiator re-sited and much of our kitchen re-plastered. We were dreading the upheavel but Gary, Scott Vinter and co made the experience much easier than we thought. The job was done on time, budget and to a superb standard. The house was cleaned to a great standard at the end of each day, and the guys were a pleasure to have around. If you are after a reliable, high standard, friendly service, look no further!

Gary together with his brother Scott completed a refurbishment of two rooms for us in Church Langley, Harlow. They were prompt, polite and extremely hard-working during the three days and their workmanship was unquestionable. They solved practical problems quickly and logically and I would highly recommend them.

Gary provided valuable support and advice prior to even being awarded the work which was of a great help to me and gave me confidence in his ability and professionalism. He and his team arrived bang on time both days and I have been very pleased with the quality of their work, attitude and price. So much so that I requested some additional minor works to be undertaken which they provided a very good price on and completed everything within our original timeframe. I am so pleased that I am now considering giving them some additional work rather than undertake it myself. I would definitely recommend.

Gary and his Team arrived promptly to start the job as arranged. They were very professional and we were very satisfied with the work. They tidied up after themselves and the job was actually finished earlier than expected. We would definitely recommend them and will be asking them back to do a couple of other jobs for us in the near future.

Gary and his team have done a superb job in converting our bedrooms into a master with en-suite. His knowledge of the regulations is excellent and he helped us through the planning application/building notice process. The work is of a very high standard, including the materials , and quality of finish is first class. Gary and his team are extremely clean and tidy, making sure at the end of each day there is no mess or dust around. Gary kept us up to date throughout the project, listening to our needs, providing very constructive feedback and offering alternatives as needed. Gary kept to his time scale and would work around our needs as well. Gary never missed a commitment and always completed the jobs when he promised. He was flexible and did extra jobs as we asked. I would 100% recommend Gary to anyone wishing to get work done. A wonderful job on time and in budget.

Happy is an understatement of how pleased I am about the work achieved by Gary and his brother. They really have done an amazing job in opening two walls. There was plenty of communication, the job was finished within the time scale, the price was very reasonable and they are a pleasure to work with. ROC Builders is now in my hot contact list of builders and strongly recommend their services.

Gary and his brother Scott replaced the plumbing and cupboards in our utility room today and completed the work in one day. We are both delighted with the work they did for us. It has all been completed to a very high standard and they cleaned up everywhere when they were finished. They are both very professional and friendly workers, we would be more than happy to employ them again.

Cannot say enough positive things about Gary and his team. They worked methodically and were tidy at all times. The quote stayed the same despite problems with drawings. We had to live in the house while the building work was carried out but every evening Gary and his team would make sure things were swept hoovered and tidy. Gary turned up every day on time and did more than a full days work. Some builders we had quotes from didnt mention about building inspectors or drawings but Gary wouldnt take the job until we had this in place which he helped us to do and complete. I wanted to feel safe in the house after the work was completed with no wories and this is exactly what we got with Gary. Would truly recomend him to anyone. In fact we are asking Gary to quote on out Bathroom.

I selected Roc having received a number of quotes, but was apprehensive. I had preconceived ideas of how the work would be carried out, based on the horror stories that I’d heard about other builders. I can only say how wrong I was. From the very start Gary was professional and clearly experienced in his trade. No sooner had he started the work, I felt I could trust him to restore my kitchen. The work should have been really disruptive as they had to completely strip out the kitchen so that the rotton floor could be replaced. He then refitted my kitchen, and re-tiled the floor and walls. Throughout the job Gary was helpful, considerate and fairly chilled, (even when I chose the blackest messiest grout for him to use on the tiled floor). He was here every day, throughout the day until the job was complete. The members of his team were equally as experienced, trustworthy, friendly, hardworking, but above all professional with an eye for detail. I could not be more pleased with the finished job. They made what was a really stressful time for me, an adventure where I saw progression every day. I am already thinking about my next home project, confident that I will be using Gary and his team to carry out any future work that I have. I will also recommend Roc to anyone who is looking for a professional builder.
