Unfortunately the service I recieved from Glen was incredibly bad. I awarded the job to Glen (he was the most expensive of the three quotes) as he stated that he could also complete the plastering work required as the plasterer i had hired informed me that he could no longer do the job as he was unable to get plaster. The first disappointment was the quality of the plastering work. It was really badly done with gaps in the corners and a terrible finish. When I pointed this out he then complained about the time it took him to correct his poor work. I did state to him that I was glad he was also doing the decorating as he would have to make good. He then requested full payment of the plastering and partial payment for the painting as he needed to pay the staff and didn't have any cash himself. I foolishly paid this on good faith, the next day the person he had paiting in the house walked out and Glen contacted me to state he had a bigger job in London starting next week and would not be finishing my job. He tried to make out that it was an issue with the state of the property which I thought was very cheeky as he and his team had been very disrespectful by damaging items in the property, leaving rubbish around and not cleaning up after themselves. I was surprised that there weren't more negative reviews for finished homes following my experience. However it has taken me three months to write this, I was heavily pregnant at the time and had a baby in September.

Glen was originally hired to paint as per the job description. However as our builder was lagging behind he mucked in and completed filling, rubbing down and caulking etc to ensure we got back into our house for Christmas. Very thorough and all work finished to a good standard. Glen is a good communicator and as you can tell from the above flexible and hard working. Would definitely hire again for similar work.

Glen was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. We hired him for a full renovation, which involved hacking back all internal walls, insulating and damp proofing and then replastering. He knocked down walls, built new walls, contracted all other tradesmen to rewire the place, fit the new kitchen and also fit the bathroom. He also did all the tiling (very tricky as no wall or floor was straight or flat), and also hacked off the external render to damp proof and then re-render. We're incredibly happy with the end result and he did it all in just under 2 months. Highly recommend him.

Glen did a very professional job, completed the work to a very high standard, cleaned up and all for a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend him.

Glen and James were brilliant. I had a timber clad bathroom ceiling with an old lath plaster one underneath, which needed attention. Some sections of the walls were also covered in peeling paper. Glen was very concerned with doing the job properly and his quote was very competitive. They pulled the whole lot down, and scraped all the paper off the walls, efficiently and quickly disposing of all the rubbish. Within two days I had a completely new ceiling and the entire room plastered from top to bottom. Very, reliable, polite and friendly guys. Would definitely use them again.
