During my 30yrs in the building industry and contracting to property developers, I have built, replaced, fitted and installed all the major and minor parts of houses and dwellings. All these building and decorating materials can be obtained at discounted trade prices through Fastplans trade account with all the major building material suppliers.

Work History
I started in the building industry as an apprentice bricklayer (8/10/1973)completing the four years and gaining a city and guilds and an advanced city and guilds in bricklaying, with a company called Bernard Sunley & Sons. After finishing my apprenticeship I stayed with the company for a further 10yrs working my way to bricklaying forman, working on various sites in and around the south east building houses, flats, offices,and municipal buildings i.e hospitals. Late 80's I went to work in Germany and Holland for various companys and sub-contractors working on houses and flats during their building boom. Early 90's I started working for myself and contracting to property developers I had to broden my specialist skills of bricklaying into carpentry and decorating as the work now involved extensions, conservatries, full refurbishments, repairs and installations. I am now a jobbing builder and decorator for spot hire customers while still a sub-contractor for such companies as DJD Roofing and proteam. PS viewing is normally required before quotes submitted.
Qualifications & Accreditations
Apprenticeship served Bricklayer, gaining City and Guilds, and advanced City and Guilds at craft level.Painting and Decorating (Construction), National Vocational Qualification Level 2. Advanced carpentry and Joinery Construction Skills Award, Level 3 in Diploma in site carpentry. Construction Skills Certification Scheme, SCSC Reg No:00921501. I am a time served bricklayer with City and Guilds at advanced craft level, I have been in the building industry for over 30yrs working on everything from new build houses to skyscrappers, refurbishment work, repairs and maintence work, I am also a qualfied Painter and Decorator with a NVQ level 2, I also hold an Advanced construction skills award in carpentry and joinery,Level 3 in site carpentry all qualifactions supplied on request.I am now a self-employed Builder and Decorator with own transport working in the London and the Home Counties, specializing in brickwork, carpentry and painting and decorating, customer' references supplied on request. I am a member of the Construction Skills Certification Scheme. CSCS Reg No:00921501.
