Having read that Manjo left the site tidier than when before they started work, I accepted their quotation. However I was not so fortunate, there is a considerable amount of debris left behind. Whilst I was not on site to 'watch' things drifted and were not ideal when I was on site to watch. My property abutts a public bridlepath and the surface of this was left strewn with debris as the work progressed previous companies have tidied as they went and at the end of each day, apart from the change in the hedge itself, no-one would have known there had been work done.
With job completed I now have a considerable amount of debris arising from manjo's work, this will involve many hours of work and the purchase of a professional duty shredder/chipper.
Manjo seemed to lack a sufficient variety of equipment like leaf blowers, larger chain-saws, etc to do the work. Even the hired in heavy duty shredder seemed overwhelmed by the work expected of it.
All of the above contributed to the work taking slightly longer and being harder work for the team and in the end all attention to detail was lost and the smaller brushwood was just left on the ground. A tree I particularly wanted clearing was left and other small trees that provide privacy and screening were removed. My own fault for not being on site to monitor progress but frustrating at the end of the day.
Overall I would be in two minds about employing Mango on any future work of this nature around my property.
