We used Dariusz Dawidowski to repaint and redecorate the outside of two properties in May 2009. We had first used Mr Dawidowski for some smaller plumbing work, having been recommended by a plumbing supplier in Sheen.

Mr Dawidowski decorated a small terraced cottage for us, which required quite a lot of attention to woodwork and rendering repainting. He also repainted the kitchen walls. The work was completed to a high standard, and very promptly, which was important both to us and to the neighbours. Most importantly, we were able to allow Mr Dawidowski to work unsupervised – this property was vacant at the time, and he showed himself and his team to be completely trustworthy.

Mr Dawidowski then redecorated our house, which is a detached property over four floors. It required a reasonable amount of repair to external woodwork as well as redecoration. He also did some small plumbing repairs and repainted all the garden ironwork.

Mr Dawidowski and his team did a very nice job. They were prompt each morning and reasonably inconspicuous. Mr Dawidowski himself was very attentive and made sure that any little “nits and nats” were dealt with very smoothly (relations with neighbours, access to the house etc). He used good materials, as specified, was attentive to detail and we are generally very pleased with the work. The team do not speak very good English, but do their best, and Mr Dawidowski is normally on hand to make sure any necessary translation occurs. Finally, the work was completed swiftly, which was great.

All in all, we are pleased to recommend Mr Dawidowski for further work and would use him again.
