Removal of old loose paper loft insulation (Insulation)

Gary did an excellent job working in grotty conditions to clear the old loose loft insulation. He was friendly, punctual, keen to start the job asap and cleaned up when the job was complete. Would definitely use Gary again.

Garry replied promptly, turned up on time and was happy to talk through the job with me and make recommendations. He gave the best quote. Because he the weather wasn’t good during the week he agreed to work on Saturday. Garry is really cheerful and friendly guy. We would we have no problem hiring him again.

Roofer (Roofing)

After Gary came and 'fixed' the roof it continued to leak when we next had heavy rain. I phoned him and left many messages, none of which were returned. In the end I got a different person to come and fix leak who said that Gary had not done a good job. The roof is now fixed but never heard from Gary again. I am a single female and I feel he took advantage of me not knowing anything about roofs. I would not have minded the roof continuing to leak had Gary replyed to my messages and come to help sort it out. He was very quick to reply before he took the job and money with no recipt - even though I asked for one. I am suprised at all of the possitive feedback he has recieved, this is the reason I trusted him in the first place!

I am disappointed with the feedback left by Lorna 10 MONTHS later. I explained to Lorna and her partner that the side of the roof would have to be stripped and re-tiled as it had not been done properly. They couldn’t afford this and we agreed that I would do a temporary repair. I chased Lorna for feedback and heard nothing, I am surprised she has said she tried to contact me! Surely if it still leaked feedback would have been left at the time? Lorna totally understood this was only ever a temporary fix to suit her budget, and not the work required to solve the problem completely.I am bitterly disappointed with this negative feedback on my otherwise unblemished record, which I do hope my future Clients will appreciate.

I am pleased by the result Gary & Kieth have produced, they were flexible as I wanted to complete certain jobs to keep costs down. The work was completed as promised with prompt attendance and a pleasant working relationship. They continued to consult with me to ensure the detail was as required. HAPPY.

Gary is a very reliable person, he turned up on time every time from quotation to doing the job in hand.
He was A1 in communications.
Unfortunately the weather was against both of us, snow, ice, heavy rain etc, however, as soon as a break in the weather he dealt with the job. 1st class workmanship.
Will be calling on gary for further jobs in the future.
Would highly recommend.

Gary was able to view the problem with my roof tiles straight away and replaced the cracked tile while I was out the following week, getting my house water-tight again. Very reasonable quote for the work and also for another job to repair the water damage inside. I'm happy with his work and will be engaging his services again.

Gary has persisted in finishing this job to a high standard of workmanship in spite of the worst winter I can remember in the last 20 years which meant Gary had to re-point the brickwork not once but twice (in spite of frost protection measures); where un-laid bricks regularly froze together and many days lost to rain and my family holiday. He works hard communicates well, is always on time and tidy in his working methods. I'm very pleased with the job and am happy to recommend his services. My neighbours have already engaged him to do some pointing on their house so impressed were they with his efforts on my wall which says it all. A good job done and I will be contacting him again for future projects.

We had a garage conversion done and Gary worked with us from start to finish. He did the breeze blockwork and the structure work inside, he did the insulation, plasterboards, interior and exterior brickwork and all the flooring. It's all done to a very good standard and I found Gary to be very trustworthy. He was always here 20 minutes before the hour each day and he always gave it a good stint every day. He always left the place clean and tidy and he worked with minimum disruption. We haven't had any problems afterwards and we're generally very pleased with the work. We use the new room all the time and it looks fantastic. I would certainly recommend him to others.
