Gary did an excellent job working in grotty conditions to clear the old loose loft insulation. He was friendly, punctual, keen to start the job asap and cleaned up when the job was complete. Would definitely use Gary again.

Garry replied promptly, turned up on time and was happy to talk through the job with me and make recommendations. He gave the best quote. Because he the weather wasn’t good during the week he agreed to work on Saturday. Garry is really cheerful and friendly guy. We would we have no problem hiring him again. Alex and Adam

Did a great job repairing the chimney cowl and repointing the chimney brickwork. All my questions were answered and he explained clearly the pros and cons of various options.

I am pleased by the result Gary & Kieth have produced, they were flexible as I wanted to complete certain jobs to keep costs down. The work was completed as promised with prompt attendance and a pleasant working relationship. They continued to consult with me to ensure the detail was as required. HAPPY.

After Gary came and 'fixed' the roof it continued to leak when we next had heavy rain. I phoned him and left many messages, none of which were returned. In the end I got a different person to come and fix leak who said that Gary had not done a good job. The roof is now fixed but never heard from Gary again. I am a single female and I feel he took advantage of me not knowing anything about roofs. I would not have minded the roof continuing to leak had Gary replyed to my messages and come to help sort it out. He was very quick to reply before he took the job and money with no recipt - even though I asked for one. I am suprised at all of the possitive feedback he has recieved, this is the reason I trusted him in the first place!

Gary did a great job, was honest in his valuation and what was required for the job. Gary was efficient, punctual and left the work place clean and tidy afterwards. I would definetly consider using Gry again and would recommend his services to any furture customer.

Gary came round quickly to look at the job and the work was completed within the next week. A very good job and we have had no problems with the leaky roof since. Thoroughly recommended.

GARY IS VERY POLITE AND KNOWLEDGABLE TRADESMAN HE CARRIED OUT HIS WORK QUICK, EFFICIENTLY AND CLEARED UP AFTERWARDS. HE TRIED HIS HARDEST TO FIT THE WORK WE REQUIRED IN AS SOON AS HE COULD.IT IS HARD TO FIND A DEDICATED TRADESMAN LIKE HIM TODAY AND WOULD RECOMEND.
