I’ve never used this sort of thing to employ someone … ever.
You know what…. I’m really pleased I did as I couldn’t have picked a better person for the job.
Byron visited to introduce himself and explained what needed to be done and in what order. He took the damaged railings for straightening and said he would start the following Monday.
Not only did he start that Monday at eight a.m. and every day after…… he called the Friday before to check all was ok and that he would be here on the job at eight.
The job ….. a job well done and to a very high standard… a very very clean and tidy worker, courteous and friendly, a nice guy.
Even my neighbours are impressed with the work carried out and the fact that my front garden is tidier now than it was before he arrived… Thanks Byron
