I invited James around for a quote on our driveway as in the pasted he gave us a quote for are garden at a competitive price (unfortunately for us we did not hire him for this job but we wish we had as the person we hired messed us about). He came on time and was very good at helping us to pick the right block paving. He had good ideas and even came around a few times with different blocks so that we would happy with the paving. He came in January 2013 in all kinds of weather and was prompt and finished the work to a high quality standard. A few months later one of the blocks came loose and I called James and he came out right away and fixed this with no fuss. He has gone on to do other family members Jobs and they have all been done to a quality standard. I would highly recommend him for any job

James was punctual, efficient and courteous. He worked very hard to create the garden we wanted and accommodated our requests/changes along the way. The finished garden looks fantastic! And didn't cost nearly as much as other landscapers! We highly recommend him and would not hesitate to ask him to do future work.

James was working against blistering heat on our driveway which was completed to a good standard despite this. I felt that communication could have been improved as he sometimes didn't show when he said he would. This said a year later the driveway still remains looking good with no sinking.

James came to see us as agreed, provided us with with choices and came across very passionate about his work which we have found to be be very rare in tradesman these days. James worked with us to compile a design that met all our desires and budget. Thanks James for a fantastic makeover, professional, tidy and look forward to arranging for our front garden being transformed, early spring in 2013.

Project 1: Flagging / Paving with block cobbles edging around property's extension. At rear of house & garden Project 2: Front garden wall. Quality of work - excellent, very happy with both projects. Both projects on time and within budget. James and his staff at Exacta paving and landscapes have provided me with a professional and courteous service at all times. Exacta have demonstrated to me a high level of workmanship, attention to detail at all times, flexibility, and above all trust whilst at my property. I gave James a call to see if he could come and give me an estimate for the work I wanted doing on my property which was a 40 square foot block paved driveway with inset drieway lights... I also wanted borders and a bit of landscaping on the rest of the garden..... He arranged to call that evening at 6pm and he arrived on time as planned.... He was very professional and discussed every aspect of what I wanted and drew a plan and measured the area I wanted block paving.... He gave me a quote that was hundreds of pounds cheaper than another company so was very pleased and asked him when he could start my job.. He arranged a date and time that fitted in with my plans and from start to completion he was very professional, friendly and very hardworking... he worked with minimal disruption and cleaned away at the end of every day.... I would highly recommend James to anyone who wants this type of work doing as he did an excellent job. He paid extra attention to detail and added some fancy features that I would never have imagined myself.. Excellent.
