Bron came and laid a small patio. He is wonderful, did an amazing job at a reasonable price. Took all the rubbish away and cleaned up after. Would highly recommend him.

This guy is amazing when he is at work, does not take any breaks and quality of work (rendering, new gate fitting + opening, pointing, bricklaying, restoration, paving, block work) and know how is very helpful and will save me money in the long run, im so glad i went with happyhouse, went an extra mile on the job i gave them (especially when i was on a very tight budget). very pleased and have given them a new job at another property already. he keeps his word on start dates so dont stress (like i did cos of lack of communication) really reliable. they will not let u down even though they are busy - you have to use them to understand that this type of worker is very very hard to come by these days :)

**Full House Refurbishment** I am absolutely delighted with the work that has been carried out by Happyhouse. Bron is an excellent worker. He never stops. My house was fully complete within 2 weeks. Bron has excellent attention to detail providing a superb finish. It would be difficult to find anyone as good as Bron, I would definately use Happyhouse again. I have already recommended him to my family. It was so easy to have someone completing all the work instead of using multiple tradesmen. Excellent!! The property had not been lived in for years and required a full refurb, I had a range of work completed including: *Exterior* Bron is an excellent builder I had a wall built and fencing erected. It looks absolutely fantastic. I had an old outhouse knocked down *Lounge* Bricking up old fireplace Treating damp Plastering Painting & Decorating *Kitchen* Removing old PVC cladding Removing old tiled flooring Removing old heater Plastering Tiling *Bathroom* Old bathroom suite removed Fit new suite Tiling All plumbing works New shower fitted Plastering and decorating all bed rooms Bron is excellent at everything, in my opinion there is nothing he can't do!! Excellent and 100% trustworthy.

Bronek did an excellent job on a new garden wall. He was very reliable and hard working. I would certainly recommend him and use again if required.

very pleased with my new bathroom it was done to in the time scale given. worked very hard is trust worthy and a very hard worker will hire again.

Basic work done well but some problems arose from communication and not fully nderstanding the agreed brief.

Excellent work.. Bronek is Reliable. he turned up at time and finished the job when he said he is going to do that. the result is a very good front yard wall. I do recommed him.

He has been doing subcontract bricklaying for me for about 3 months. He is punctual, his work is good and he gets on with it. I would recommend him to others.

He has done a lot of work for me over the last 18 months or so tiling, plumbing on different projects I am pleased with the work that he has done. He is reliable and conscientious and is a very useful member of the team.
