very good and efficient team. We are very happy with the quality of the work.

Our project involved converting our garage to a TV room. We hired Audrius and his team having seen the positive comments left by other customers on this site and having taken up references from 2 other customers whose details Audrius gave us. Our experience 100% confirmed all the positive feedback that we had seen. They completed the work on time, on budget and to a high standard. They did the work cheerfully and did not make a meal of any problems that were encountered. Having quoted competitively for the original work they did not seek to make extra profit from the one or two additional tasks we later asked them to do that were outside the original specification. We are now happily recommending them to our friends and neighbours and would be happy to use them for our next project.

**Please note: the job actually changed from the one in the title. Instead they relaid floors, did some decorating, electrical work, plumbing and addressed some damp issues*** This site was an absolute Godsend, as was finding Audrius and his team. They came to the rescue after I'd been badly let down by a totally dodgy rogue trader (I'm sorry, but I have to name and shame this rogue builder, Sean or Ashong, operating under the company name Livingwood..avoid like the plague) Anyway, Audrius and his guys were polite, professional, friendly, communicative, very knowledgeable, presented solutions any problem and were always on time and left the place tidy. I shortlisted him because of the reviews on this site, and subsequently hired him after meeting him and he gave me complete confidence that he and his team could handle the project... and I'm really glad I did. They pay attention to detail and have a sense of pride about their work, so it's not about getting as much money as they can from you for doing as little work as possible. I am very very happy with the job they did, and am recommending them to friends and family. Sounds cheesy, but they really have made my Christmas, as the flat looks superb now! Thanks.

Very pleased with the work - Andrew and his team were reliable, reasonably priced and completed the work to a high standard on schedule. He is very knowledgeable and was always looking for ways to save us money without compromising on quality. His team were friendly, hardworking and always cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely use them again, and have recommended them to others.

Audrius has done quite a lot of work for me and he's always done a good job so we keep getting him back for more. He has refurbished my home - exterior brickwork, internal plastering, painting/decorating and some repairs. He's very reliable, always on time and seems to be honest. I would trust him anyway. He's a very clean and tidy worker and he gets the job done on time. I would recommend him.

Excellent work and really nice guys! All work was done quickly, efficiently and competently. Turned up on time, cleaned up after themselves. Confirmed details beforehand by text. Really friendly, polite and had a real 'can do' attitude. No problem was too big and every job or extra job was do-able and reasonably priced. Excellent work, very reliable, honest and hardworking, takes pride in all aspects of job, roof and brickwork was exceptional. Good friendly advice, very knowledgeable and helped to save money. Always on time and dealt with all aspects of building control, courteous to neighbours and trustworthy, gave keys to property and let him get on with it. Left place clean and tidy. Highly recommended to family and friends, will use again. For reference will be happy to show the work.
