I cannot thank Andrew enough as he has given me the most beautiful bathroom. I asked a great deal and Andrew delivered it all. He listened to everything I wanted, made really good suggestions and was a great person to work with and so reliable too. I wish I could post photos of my bathroom on here as everyone would be queueing up to hire him. Thank you so much Andrew

Andrew and his team did a great job. The whole team were easy to have in the house...worked non-stop and cleaned up every night, and were very polite. As with any refurbishment there will be issues and surprises - Andrew dealt with these promptly and professionally. Andrew stuck to his price, and his pricing was reasonable when it came to additional works I instructed. The finished product is superb, and we would recommend Sol-gem for any bathroom fitting project.

I needed a complete gutting and refurbishment of my shower room which was in a sorry state. Andrew really understood what I wanted and was very patient and supportive as I developed my design. Andrew and his team worked hard and did a very thorough job. The communication and workmanship was of a very high standard. Andrew and his team were excellent. They had a tight schedule given our date of move into the house but they planned it well and delivered on the date they committed. Through the project, Andrew kept us updated on progress with pictures and ensured he gave us options to choose from as he improvised our initial designs. A pleasure to deal with, was flexible with a few additional tasks we added along the way. We will highly recommend him and will surely reach out to him again when we have the need.

Very pleasant bunch of guys very eager to please, strip out down very quick and the refit went quicker than the scope of works planned for. All work, cladded walls, click flooring plus bathroom furniture and shower cubicle completed to a high standard as well as the clean up after, very satisfied.

Andrew is easy to work with, plans the job carefully, and works to a high standard. He and his workman did a very good job on our bathroom. I am very happy to recommend him.

Responded very well and quickly once another contractor pulled out last minute. Price was reasonable and quality of works good. Some small issues with communication but Andrew's quick response meant these were not major. Worked well to a short timetable. Extra works were expensive though.

Our experience of Andrew and his colleagues has been a wholly positive one. Reliable, professional, punctual and very tidy. We are delighted with the refit of our bathroom and think he did a first class job. Would definitely recommend.

ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT!!! FIRST CLASS!!! Andrew and his colleagues stripped out our old bathroom and fitted a new one (new pipework, bath with waterfall, shower with rain head, sink, toilet, dual-heated towel rail, underfloor heating,heated mirror, tiling and painting). They did a fantastic job. We were very impressed by their attention to detail, hard work and expertise. They helped us choose items before the job and were really good at communicating and asking for our choices. We are extremely happy with their work and have asked them to come back to refit our downstairs toilet, re-tile and decorate our porch and decorate our home office. Thank you, Andrew.
