extending water supply into detached garage & more
Frozen & burst pipes in garage since work done. We hadn't realised the risk in severe weather - would have expected better advice re this. Came out to see to flooding & fixed (extra £200). Initial work completed to time, but not to original quote Additional work needed (higher capacity power supply needed to garage)after quote given. Advice re in line water heater to new sink unit disappointing (doesn't do the job - just a warm dribble).

Sorry you feel you were given poor advice. I gave you options, no more. Frozen pipes not my fault, I lagged all pipes, in minus temps for long spells, its common sense to turn water off, it is an outbuilding with no heating ! Water heater was disappointing (product) it is only a cheap option for hot water where you don't have facility. You asked for extra's after I had quoted, please be fair.
