Alex came and gave a quotation very quickly and then got on with the work soon after that. He did a very thorough job and left everything tidy at the end. He also kept in regular contact to let me know how things were proceeding and when there were delays (due to bad weather). I would wholeheartely recommend Alex.

Our project was a new build private house with a high specification of finishes. Landscaping works were also overseen by Alex. The quality of the finishes was very high and Alex ensured that the execution of the works progressed smoothly and without interruption. The project was on time and within budget. From an early stage in the project it became evident that Alex was very capable and efficient in dealing with contractors and sub-contractors. He has a wide knowledge of technical details allied to an understanding of the client's brief and their demand for quality. We would highly recommend Alex to other homeowners / developers.

I have known Alex since 2005, during which time he put up wooden fences at my property, which involved cementing posts into the ground & ensuring the fences were level, repaired a blocked shower, fitted electric sockets in the kitchen, fitted blinds in the kitchen & made a wooden stand for a telephone. He also taught my sons some very useful building skills, drawing on his strengths of patience & his ability to teach. Alex is a hard-working person, with good people skills. He explains the work he proposes to carry out & enjoys what he does. He is completely trustworthy.
