I would highly recommend Alex and his team who are experienced, conscientious and helpful. They carried out the construction of this job professionally and quickly. Alex his easy to work with and they always addressed any issues right away. The quality of the work is good and I would use them again.

Quick and hassle free done job. Would recommend 100%

Alex undertook several roof repairs as result of storm damage. This also required making good of interior damage as well. As a result of his good work doing this job I gave him job of redecorating an entire room, this including installing coving. Overall Alex and his team did an excellent job, any issues I had were dealt with and they went above other builders in terms of the care they took to my house when doing the work. Alex undertook a house refurbishment for us. He has been very helpful, he brought in lots of ideas helping us to decide on the actual work that should be carried out in the house. He is multi-skilled, professional, reliable and very tidy - left the site clean. He delivered on time which was very important for us. Overall we are very happy with his work and would certainly recommend him.

One of the best decisions we have ever made was to engage Alex Serban Renovations to carry out the renovation work on our flat. We have had two previous "builders", who over a period of two months systematically ruined our property. Alex arrived quoted immediately and fairly. Was able to start the job straight away knowing the extent of the work needed ( a full renovation). Work completed quickly, efficiently and cleanly. Such an honest and polite man!!! Who we have used since, and will continue to use always. Highly recommend and if you are looking for a trouble free builder Alex is the man to contact.
