You have to judge builders (or any company) by their customer service when things go wrong or aren't quite right. Mark and AJS Services have decided to ignore emails and calls regarding problems I had with their work, including taking a house key and not returning it. They are responsive and interested when looking for work and completely ignore you once they have the money so I advise you to avoid them.

Mark and Mike did a great job. They arrived when they said they would (both when coming for the quote and when doing the job). They explained what was needed and did the job quickly and efficiently. They were friendly and professional - I'd definitely use them again.
