    Re roofing side extension
Adam and Jay had done a good job in re-roofing our flat roof of the side extension. But I wished they had advised us that the part under the pitched roof needed repair and included in the initial quotation. In the end they made good by replacing the rotten bit with new ply board without extra cost to us. Also to better their service, they should have anticipated a near exact amount of insulation needed for the roof because in the end we had to pay for 4 extra sheets of insulation. Although we didn't have to pay more than the quotation the cost of the extra sheets were offset by the cost of replacing 5 rafters which didn't need replacing after all. they made good and cleaned the area when the job was finished.

Slab lay for patio in Dagenham

Adam was hired to lay an Indian sandstone patio with a couple of rows of block paviors around the perimeter with a combined area of approximately 22sqm. I have to say Adam did a very good job and was very competitive with his quote and despite my numerous offers to help in order to make up lost time due to bad weather, Adam was keen to complete the job in hand despite it taking longer than originally estimated. I would definitely recommend Adam and regard him as honest, hard working and worth every penny.

Repair/rebuild external doorframe affected by wet rot

Fantastic job - Adam gave a very fair assessment of the work required and a good price, after another builder had quoted ten times as much and vastly overestimated the scope of the repairs required. He completed the work quickly and with a minimum of fuss, and cleaned up after himself diligently. Will definitely use Adam again - highly recommended.

    garden fence/hardstanding removed

Adam has completely transformed my garden. He put in long hours upto 12 on a few days as this job turned up a couple of unexpected suprises ( dig up old patio to find an older one underneath ). Adam stuck to his quote even though it took alot longer than expected, which is very rare. I would reccomend adam to anyone looking for a builder to do a job for a realistic price and will be using him again myself. Thanks adam and sorry its taken me a while to leave feedback, but have been very busy(relaxing in the garden).

Fit an exterior wooden door to garden

A+++++ Adam was brilliant. Came round to quote on Saturday and did the job for me on Sunday which was great as I'd already been let down by two other people and the old door was now falling to bits! Did a great job at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend. Thanks again Adam.

    Fitting B&Q kitchen
Great attitude and helpful, very flexible, made time to deal with lots of problems that can crop up in an older property such as rotten floorboards and worked around getting woodworm treated. Unfortunately with all the delays time ran into his next job so had to cut a few corners. Would hire again.

Job readvertised due to time waster builder whom promised to phone and failed to after being given the job. please dont quote unless you can and want to carry out the works. To remove old door and frame, To supply and hang new hard wood standard side door(29"inches width x 75"inches length)including any fittings to garage. To remove and dispose of old door, frame and any other waste products generated during installation .To supply New door handle & mortice lock and install to new door and check for fit and correct operation. To coat all wood with appropriate external wood protective sealant. Price to include all labour and materials and vat if applicable

We found Adam plesant and a very hard worker. The garage door was finished to a good standard , and overall we are happy for the works completed. We would recommend Adam workmanship as good value for money.
