Andy and his guys are really great, easy to work with and very helpful. Very pleased with our new central heating system, however some of the bathroom finishing could be a touch more refined. Still I'd certainly recommend Andy to anyone, as he is a genuine bloke you can trust and rely on.

Andy was extremely professional: showed up ahead of time, completed the works within the time frame and quote specified. Very straightforward, no hassle kind of guy. Seemed very trustworthy and takes his work seriously - which is rare in this industry in my experience. Overall I'm extremely happy with his work, would definitely recommend and hire again.

Andy did a great job - arrived on time and left the job clean and tidy. Very professional and I would use him again in the future if I have any more plumbing jobs.

Andy was really flexible and agreed to come out at very short notice. Unfortunately, it was not possible for him to do the job in the end because of a problem at our end. He was really helpful and gave us good advice on how we could try and resolve it. Much appreciated.

Andy did an excellent job in correcting my heating system. The previous tradesmen who installed the heating system left leaking radiator valves and the construction of the piping system was from a combination of old and new pipework which also leaked. Once Andy corrected it by replacing the old pipework and installing a 2-pipe system he was able to power flush. It has now been several weeks since Andy upgraded the pipework and it has worked perfectly. Although Andy was not the cheapest quote it was a fair quote. There were no extra charges and he also did some extra bits at no extra charge such as provide a diagnostic report on how he found the heating system and insulated some of the pipes. Andy is polite and helpful and a very able heating engineer/plumber. I had a query on one of my radiators – the radiator was fine but Andy returned the next day to check. I would fully recommend Andy to my friends and family and would have no hesitation in having him back for any future work.

Andy is a top top quality pulmber and runs a well reputable business, i wanted to fit a water pump, he came in and had a look, he knew what he was talking about, went straight to the problem and fixed it in 3hrs, he is neat with his job highly highly commendable chap! I would recommend him to any family for all their plumbing issues. GOT ANY PLUMBING ISSUES ANDY IS THE HANDY MAN!!!

Andy arrived on time and and showed me that he knows his trade backwards. It's a real pleasure to see good tradesmen these days. Very methodical, enthusiastic and fixed the problem quickly. The radiator up pipe had to be re-cut as previous tradesmen who fitted the CH system cut it very unevenly what looked like with a hacksaw and olive didn't even fit around the up pipe. Hence the leak. He also fixed additional problems (leaking boiler pipe ) and returned and didn't charge me an extra fee. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others. Indeed a very trustworthy and extremely polite gentleman. Highly recommended. 5 Star. Thanks again.

If your looking for a plumber don't look any further than AC Plumbing & Heating! I chose Andy to carry out the first fix plumbing (prior to a new kitchen being installed at my house) due to his professionalism and knowledge. Andy knew what he was talking about and informed me how he would carry out the works. I had 3 other quotes but Andy was the only one who was genuine when it came to timing and costing, and knew what to do. The others ooohed and arrred causing me concern! Andy is very efficient, polite and tidy. He helped rectify some other issues I had with no extra charge. Many thanks Andy. I would definitely recommend you to family and friends. In fact I have already mentioned you to a neighbour who is looking to upgrade their central heating system!

The job was done very well and as planned. Andy and his team had the right attitude, professionalism and the right degree of flexibility that was need to deal with National Grid's changes in the schedule. A couple of glitches, but all in all we are very satisfied. The boiler cable was too short and was left to hang - Andy promised to replace it at no cost, and I am confident to leave a very positive comment before this is done. In short, very satisfied. I would definitely hire them again.
