The problem with the kitchen tap was different to what we originally thought so unfortunately Tim was unable to resolve the issue. Disappointing as I still had to pay a call out fee but still have a problem with the tap.

Job done brilliantly. Barry came along to access the problem with a view to sorting there and then, but realised he needed parts, which he then obtained the next day and came back to then complete the job very efficiently. He also then did some other work (fitting of Venetian blinds),again efficiently and professionally. He stuck to his quote, despite coming out twice and I am very pleased with the work he did.
