No long wait (other plumbers have told me '2 weeks' etc, but these came next day (it was not an emergency) Very pleasant, informative. Did a thorough search of problem. My only comment would be that the price quoted excludes VAT which I always think is unhelpful when talking to private customers. Quote the price we need to pay! Other than that though, excellent.

Started by wanting a new toilet and surround but discovered that we had a leak which then required new floor and drain pipe. Jamie sorted out the issues and we got everything in. Clean, efficient and quality work. Communicated everything to us throughout. Would recommend to anyone and reasonably priced which is an added bonus! Absolutely happy with everything and a massive thank you!

The job went well, with some challenges with supply delays, but Jack is very hard working and did everything to pull the time back in. Jack is a pleasure to have in the house, always tidied up each day and knows his stuff when it comes to showers. We also had a fault with one of the showers and Jack sorted that out with Mira, making things hassle free for us. We are pleased with the job and the showers are great.

Builder Ergen fitted a bath panel in my bathroom and other small jobs. He was very efficient and did a fabulous job in such a short space of time. Me and my wife are more than happy and beyond satisfied with the job he carried out. He even provided extra silicone for us. I strongly recommend Ergen if you require any plumbing, bathroom or any handyman work. I will definitely be using him again in the future.
