Ryan was brilliant. He responded quickly to the job and came out the following morning (as I posted the job late in the evening). He unplumbed the old machine and was good enough to move it out for me and plumbed in the new one and even said if I had any problems with the sink as he noticed a bit of feedback of water going into machine , then to give him a call back and he would sort it free of charge. He is very thorough and made sure area was all cleaned up. He is very reasonable with what he charges and a very pleasant person and I shall definitely use his services again.

Karl was very pleasant and patient as he had to come back more than once in order to solve the leak from the shower. He was very helpful in trying different solutions and researching different shower screens. He has also undertaken other work for us which we are very pleased with.
