Do not use this company! David is not a proper plumber. He charged me £285 to install my dishwasher. He said he needed to install a pump. There was no pump just a u bend. Within a few days it started leaking, quite badly into the cafe below. I had to get a different plumber to come out twice. Once to stop the leak, and once to sort out the mess he created. The plumber who fixed the mistakes said that he wasn't a proper plumber and made numerous mistakes that he shouldn't have. I did ask them for a refund but I still haven't received it. It was a total nightmare

Polite, efficient, focussed expertise, with a reasonable price and excellent outcome. He even fitted the fan (not part of the job) before I cabled everything. What more can I say! This job was for boring a fan hole into an ouside attic wall, mounting the outside wind protector, and securing everything from inside. The attic space is "cosy", outside was restricted and high. Glen had good tools and a good attitude for the working environment. I get the impression this guy could build a whole house, and a good one at that! We now have an aerated attic that doesn't stink in summer. :) Benefits of an attic fan include avoiding mold, reducing damp (it can shorten insulation efficiency life), and providing a more pleasant breathing environment when collecting stored possessions.
