Absolutely brilliant. Gary sourced a new sink for my kitchen despite the difficulty in finding one that would fit and kept us updated continuously throughout the process. The actual fitting and plumbing was not without problems which Gary resolved and only charged us a small amount extra to cover the cost of the materials involved. Steven was the first person to reply and did so speedily. When he learned that he had been selected he rang to say that he was coming down to the area that evening and could he see the nature of the job. Having done so he agreed a date on which it could be carried out. He needed to order the water meter which would take some days. Despite the fact that the Plumb Center did not supply the meter on the promised day, Steve arrived the following day and immediately got on with the job, although we were out attending an appointment on that morning. By the time we returned, the work , which required intricate pipework, was almost finished. Throughout the whole episode Stephen and his partner were professional and amenable in every respect. I strongly recommend his services to you.

I hired Derek to correct faulty soil pipe and drains done by another company. He arrived on time, identified the faulty work and devised a plan to correct it. He explained why the faulty work caused bad smells in the en suite and why sewage had backed up into the shower. He redirected the pipe work correctly, cut pipes to size and joined them correctly adding parts that should have been present when the other company did the job. He was careful to check his work making sure that everything worked correctly. Derek was friendly and courteous, took his time to explain and was respectful of my property making very little mess and leaving everything clean and tidy. The en suite and other bathroom are now in good working order. His invoice was itemised and reasonably priced. I can thoroughly recommend him. Thank you Derek. I really appreciate the time you took and the work you did.
