Reece and Jay were very knowledgeable. Reece came out to quote quickly at a convenient time. He then sent a clear quote and I was able to book the work to be done on a day that worked for us both. The work was completed within the time frame, Reece said. Both Reece and Jay communicated clearly what they had done. They even cameraed the drains for our records, and their work was neat and tidy, despite us being in a renovation project. I would not hesitate to use Drainaway again or recommend them to family/ friends.
