He's very easy to talk with which makes the experience so much better. We asked for some further advice for future work also. I received an Invoice from 5 Star for gas and plumbing work carried out for me. On several occasions, I politely requested clarification of how they arrived at the Invoice total. This request was ignored. However, I was informed this matter would be handed over to Debt Collectors. Therefore, I had the work independently costed. Fortunately, I had access to legal advice regarding Trading Standards, Consumer Rights and relevant authorities. I then received a revised Invoice and the bill was settled. My advice, have everything in writing regarding labour rates and material mark-up cost for work not included in a quotation
