Latest review:Loft Conversion-Artjom and his team have done a wonerful job on our loft conversion and house renovation. We are very pleased at the transformation. Although not the cheapest quote we obtained, they were highly professional, kept the noise down and cleaned up after themselves. We also added several other jobs to our initial quote and they undertook these as requested. It is important to keep a record of everything you ask to be done. They worked very fast and were able to complete everything within 2 months - it helped that our house was empty at the time, so they didn't have to deal with us living there at the same time as the works were being carried out. Overall, I would highly recommend Adam Renovations for any building works you need done to your property.

They responded back to any question i had very promptly and the quality of work carried out was of an exceptionally high standard. Roland was very flexible with his time to get the job done with my timeframe requirements and the Carpenter Vini worked fast, of very high quality and cleaned up afterwards. Latest review:Extensions-Mohit and his team at Shivay Developments completed extensive improvement work in my house (rear extension, internal structural work, kitchen, toilet, boiler installation, plumbing and electricals, flooring & finishing). The end result exceeded all my expectations in terms of cost, time and quality making me a very happy man. Sharing some pictures would have done proper justice but unfortunately there doesn’t seem to be a way to upload pictures with the feedback. In spite of living inside the property whilst the works were ongoing, we hardly felt any impact owing to how well Mohit had planned the whole thing and the advance notices he used to give us from time to time. All the guys too were very considerate when it came to minimizing the inconvenience all the dust and noise could cause to us and also the neighbours. I also liked the fact that nothing was rushed and a great deal was given to attention for details and the result was just splendid. I guess at the end of the day, it’s what you see that matters most. However amongst everything that hit the right notes for me during the entire process, it was the confidence that I can trust this team to do the job right stood out. It was a bunch of warm and friendly people who had direction and knew what they were doing. A special mention and a big thank you to Kash and Pala to lead the work from the ground up and Mohit for taking up and managing the job and of course for the celebratory rounds of beers :) Do keep in touch
Glad we didn't hire him. After agreeing on a price for loft conversion and back extension, Mr Rattan kept increasing the price by referring to minor things. Like charging extra for plate that goes on steel. First day when he turned up, he demanded that owner should provide tea and snack for his labour every day. Also he was not ready to include the agreed price on the contract (as he was sub contracting the job to someone else). Glad we cancelled him and hired another builder in his place. I have evidence of all communication I had with him, incase anyone wants it. I would avoid him at all cost.
