Latest review:New Builds-Dom and the crew delivered an excellent project. The initial quote was competitive and detailed. Once the work was accepted, a start date was agreed. Work stated on time, the two guys mainly on site were Wayne and Shaun who were there almost-everyday apart from the odd day when the weather was poor. But no swapping from one job to another. Wayne produced excellent quality workmanship, he also kept the site extremely tidy. Communication was also excellent, overall an outstanding completed double garage entirely please.

Latest review:Extensions-Our extension was booked in with Kerry in December 2019. We wanted the work to start in July 2020. With the global pandemic of Covid-19 we were expecting the start of work to be delayed. During the initial lockdown March, Kerry kept us updated about how everything was progressing and said that he was anticipating starting to the original target date. Our build did start in July and is now in the final week. I have been incredibly impressed with Kerry and his team. We have a two year old daughter and I am heavily pregnant, and Kerry and his team have worked hard to ensure everything remains clean, tidy and safe for us. Kerry managed the entire build very well. He kept us well informed about all the different trades that are necessary for build and ensures things run to schedule. Kerry, Ross and Will are an excellent team and have entertained us and our daughter throughout the build!! With all of the Covid restrictions and lockdowns, this build could have been incredibly stressful but despite these challenges Kerry has managed it well for us to be as ready as possible before the baby arrives!! Inevitably there were issues and delays with materials and deliveries due to Covid, however Kerry was great in responding to any issues to make sure they didn't impact on the overall build. I would 100% recommend Oxbow Builders!! We would definitely be our first choice for any future building works!

Latest review:New Builds-First class job! How do I begin, its been fantastic working with Oli on this project. It's a part new build, part conversion which has been delivered to absolute first class standard. Finish - The final build has beautified Runswick Road and improved the overall appearance and character of the road from what it used to be. A lot of positive feedback have been received from neighbours alike and it'll be amiss not to mention that here. Teams / Trades - Oli coordinated the various trades on this build from labourers, through carpenters to electricians and all in between very well. At all times keeping me abreast of programmes and when I should expect sections of work to be completed. Although a main contractor undertaking main contractor duties, he doesn't mind getting his hands dirty and getting grips with actual work. Professionalism - I couldn't have asked for any better Contractor on this project. As a developer, I needed someone who will work with me and understand the nuisances in development, keeping costs down whilst delivering a high class standard. Oli and his team delivered this. Price is reasonable and within budget. I have thus recommended him to other colleagues of mine and will definitly use him again on other projects. It's been a delight to work with Sagers Construction in an open and honest manner and at all time remaining respectful between all parties. Wishing him the very best for future works.

Before the job started, our structural engineer added a little caveat which meant that we needed a second beam, and Rob was on hand to provide advice even before we'd agreed to go ahead. We have another similar job coming up and will be using Rob again. We would definitely recommend Rob Shaw in the future.
I have used him few times and he is always done a good job. He did a small extension, including all ground work and drainage. He organized everything and was very reliable. Always on time and very good to work with. Will definitely use him again.

Latest review:Extensions-Priory Building & Construction have recently completed our kitchen extension which was by no means straightforward as it involved complex structural issues necessitated by the existing building. They started promptly on the agreed date and worked steadily and consistently until completion despite unforeseeable problems arising. Particularly impressive were the way in which the project was actively managed and P&BC's willingness to make themselves available for discussion, on or off site, making positive proposals often involving cheaper means of achieving what we wanted. Their tradesmen were considerate and helpful and all contributed to a greatly enlarged and improved kitchen area with which we are delighted and we are pleased to recommend them. We look forward to seeing them again if our future projects come to fruition.
