Latest review:Loft Conversion-Sunny and his team have been working on a big project this included a full loft conversion, creation of 5 onsuite rooms, installing two new staircases, installing all double glazed windows, plastering the entire house, new boiler with 300 ltr tank fully installed professionally. They completed the entire jobs within the agreed time which was around 10 weeks for the entire work. Excellent job I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to do the similar renovation work.

Latest review:Extensions-Craig and his team were professional, helpful, friendly and got the job done as planned. I pretty much had no project management issues to worry about as they took control of it all and dealt with what came along. We were kept up to speed with progress regularly, able to contribute or defer as required and they were extremely helpful when some locals tried to take advantage of an empty property. I would very happily recommend them and will be doing so to the new owner of the property who is planning their own, further extensions.

Loft Conversion Company in Brierley Hill After looking around and receiving multiple quotes, SAR came out and was no-nonsense on the job spec and price. Explained everything in detail and answered any questions I had regarding the job so that there was no miscommunication during or at the end of completion. They did a fantastic job doing my WARM Roof from start to finish with no issues when Building Control came out to inspect. Very minimal wastage of material, keeping customer costs in mind. I would highly recommend SAR Building Ltd as they are professional, punctual, reliable, and work to a high standard ensuring no room for error. *UPDATE* 2 weeks after job completion - NO LEAKS.
