Overall I am pleased with how the fence looks, the materials look good. Although Mr Little visited the property to give a quote for the works he decided the quote was too low & needed to add a sum of almost £700 extra. This shows unprofessionalism. The work ethic was some of the most bizarre I have ever seen, over 4 days the gentleman from LO Property arrived at different times, getting later throughout the week.They stood around looking at their mobiles much more than I would have liked. The 1st day only 3 concrete posts were removed, I understand much cannot be done on the first day due to deliveries and such but there were 2 of them. There was plenty of work to be getting on with, it felt very unorganised. The 2nd day, half of the concrete post fence was put up, that is much more like the level of work I would come to expect, however this did not last long as on the 3rd day it was yet another doss day. The final day was a complete rush, the job was finished but it was obvious it was rushed. A lot of rubbish was left; a few small tools were left. I wanted to mention the 2 gentlemen that did most of the labour were very polite and professional. Unfortunately I can't say the same for Mr Little, I was not kept updated with the works and the plan of action of each day. He avoided eye contact with me when I did talk with him, when I saw him in the garden mostly he was on his mobile. I just got the feeling he didn't need this job & didn’t want to do it.

TCB took on a large extension / remodelling for me, starting in autumn and going through the winter. Despite the bad time of year, the project was completed on time, in budget and with a high-quality finish (plenty of neighbours have commented on the quality, speed and friendliness of the team). Trustworthy, very accommodating when things didn’t go to plan and kept me updated with progress while I was working away. Would want to use again and can highly recommend.

Nick and his team have done an amazing job. We have been thrilled with the entire service from start to finish, all the guys have been so helpful, kind, professional and tidy! They have worked so hard during the build and always given advice or recommendations and worked with us to ensure we got the most fabulous space that suited our family. Lee has a very positive and friendly attitude in addition to his professionalism, reliability and building skills. The work was done efficiently and quickly and Lee kept us regularly updated of the progress. The actual project came in quite close to the original budget, and any changes or extra works which needed to be done were done with prior discussion and agreement. Lee also provided some great solutions and suggestions throughout. Moreover, he offered a warranty on the works and has come back to fix any issues that may have come up several months after the works completed. Overall I am very happy with Lee and his team.

Mick and his team set about building a two story rear extension late last year. It started out great for them but just two days into the build we were hit with the wettest winter on record. His team pushed on through wind, rain, sleet and snow. Problems with an awkward site access were overcome. Even though they were working in some pretty bad conditions, they managed to keep the place clean and tidy. The team work quickly and to a good standard. Neighbours commented on how quick it went up. Mick wanted the place done by Christmas. The world was against him on this deadline but he pretty much nailed it! They’re a great bunch to work with and would t hesitate in recommending them.
