Latest review:Central Heating-My review is mixed because Tom did do a good job, although he was due to return to relocate the radiator pipe. I contacted him again at his request to arrange another date, and so far I've had no response. Unfortunately my new carpet is being laid tomorrow (18/04) so it's too late. My one major issue is his use of bad language. I'm not averse to the odd swear word but as a customer I don't expect that from someone delivering a service and certainly not when they are in my home. That was unprofessional in my view.
