My problem was my solid wood flooring was laid bad and bowed in the summer. I left it for a long time as i thought I would of had to buy new flooring, Roysol team did a fantastic job, relaying the whole floor as well as underlay and gap filling. I didn't need to buy any new panels. Alauddin was an excellent communicator and Saeed was a perfectionist, two key elements. I found them very knowledgable and experienced. As well punctual, they worked long hours to get the job done, the floor looked amazing, a lot better than I expected. Great value of money, I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Michael arrived on time, was friendly and professional, and did a fabulous job repairing scratches in our pale engineered wood flooring. The scratches are now impossible to notice, in fact we struggled to find where two were, the finish blends in perfectly. Michael takes pride in his work and pays great attention to detail. I would highly recommend him and would happily use his services again.

i immediately felt at ease and comfortable with Vaclav when he came round to see job and make an assessment of what needed to be done. hence why i hired him immediately and didn't bother with getting quotes from anyone else. A very trustworthy, professional polite person. he did an excellent job of this flat...soo good i gave him 3 other areas to do. the finish was totally professional looking . he also did a whole load of repairs. Vaclav was very patient with me despite my numerous change of opinion on floor finishes !! i changed my mind almost everyday!.. yet he still had the patience to deal with me and my requests. He even showed me how to use some of the tools since i was very interested to learn. he took no shortcuts and used the very best products. the flat was cleaner after all the sanding than it was before!! (..utterly surprised about that). Vaclav was an utter delight to work with . he is responsible and respectful of your belongings too. he did his utmost and diligently double checked everything to ensure no damages to pipes or wires during the repairs. (which i was v stressed about) .i wouldn't hesistate at all to hire Vaclav again and again. His prices are comparable for the average on my builder.com...that's because of the competition on here. but tbh ...his workmanship is worth a lot more. i wouldn't quibble with his quotes or go for the cheapest guy in this area of work given the seriousness nature of it . THX U VACLAV. A V HAPPY CUSTOMER ! :-)

Mario was an absolute gem from start to finish. After a leak left our only bathroom out of action Mario came in and managed the full project to perfection (and also had a great tiler and electrician who did some other works). Six months on and I cannot fault any of the works. Highly recommended.

We chose to hire Kheireddine after speaking to many flooring specialist, and we're glad that we made the right choice. I tried to do the job myself & messed it up. Then Kheireddine came to our rescue. He listened to us & advised through his experience. He did take time to do the prep work (protecting existing furniture, hangings). He did carefully assessed the floor condition before starting work. The process involved many more stages than I thought, and he did explain all stages and what does it actually mean. Unlike other builder/professional he wasn't in rush. He took his time to make sure the job is deliver to the perfection. He also distributed work in phases to let the oil dry. My children stepped on some portion leaving some marks, which he happily cleared next day. He gave us multiple different choices to make our mind as we weren't sure which will be suitable for our room. He used top quality stuff (oil, varnish, polish) which are expensive than normal. He listened to all our concerns & made sure all were resolved to our satisfaction. He made sure the job is completed within the time frame he promised. He also advised us on post care for the floor and leave some oil for us in case we need it. Kheireddine was very friendly & professional. We're very happy with the outcome and glad that we hired him through mybuilder. I do highly highly recommend him.
