Completely unprofessional person unreliable came in first day then disappeared for 3 days kept on jumping between jobs. The work he did for us on laminate flooring was awful. He had no idea on how to do the stairs properly. He made a mess in the bathroom when taking the skirting boards off and broke all of the tiles at the bottom then he tried to hide it with the skirting boards. He left gaps between the walls and the skirting boards. He was turning up for work at 7 pm because he took other jobs. He quoted us £1500 but charged us £1745 and once he received the payment he refused to rectify the faults and left the rubbish outside in the front garden saying that it wasn’t his job to take the old laminate flooring away despite having agreed to do it when he accepted the job We had a horrible experience with Stephen and warn other people about this guy

Lee was great he was prompt on time kept to schedule solved any little hiccups on the way and the end result was excellent ...our finished pictures are on his FB page.
