Conrad did a fabulous job on hanging the two doors in the lounge. He picked up the two doors for me and handles. My door frames were out of line but he fitted the doors to fit snugly, even filling the slight gap along side with wood. recommend him.Very happy with his work, and very tidy. Would definately recommend him.

We live in a converted ground floor Victorian flat with limited space. In order to maximise space and storage we needed built-in cupboards and bookshelves in the alcoves either side of the living room fireplace as well as a built in wardrobe and window seat either side of a chimney breast in the bedroom. Declan did an initial survey and suggested some great ideas for additional shelving and was very happy to listen to our ideas and suggested the best way to implement them. The team arrived bang on time to start the job on the agreed date and delivered the entire project in 5 days thanks to their very efficient method of cutting most pieces off site. The team were really friendly, trustworthy and knowledgable, and the quality of work and finish was exceptional. We were so happy with the initial work we asked Declan to fit new skirting board throughout the flat which he completed to the same high standard. I would highly recommend Declan and his team, and will look to use them again for future jobs.

Work was completed well and in good time. Tradesmen made good everything and cleared up after themselves. However, I was given a 9-1 time slot, I received a call saying the guys had been outside my house for a while at 8.45am and then was (inadvertently I'm sure) made to feel bad about this. I was given a maximum cost of the job. When I checked my bank account on Friday I realised that they had already taken then money out without calling me or sending an invoice. I called this morning (after bank holiday) to discuss this and the woman on the phone didn't seem at all apologetic and said that because I'd given my details I could expect money to be charged. I then said 'well you didn't send me an invoice' (which they said they'd do in the initial phone call) and she said 'oh well I'll get one out to you this afternoon if that's alright?' I'm assuming they were never going to send an invoice and were just happy having the money in their account. Very mixed feelings about this company.

Shem is absolutely amazing! Just had an entertainment unit fitted on my wall and it couldn’t be nicer. The attention to detail is fantastic and it’s exactly how imagined. I have no idea what quality of work is like, I just know we waited two extra months for a pretty easy job to get done then had to hire someone else

Absolutely fantastic service. We had a period door that needing hanging (into a non straight frame!) and new door stop putting into the frame. He showed real attention to detail to get things mm perfect. Definitely higher skilled than your average 'handyman', certainly demonstrated carpenter level skill for our job.
