They did an overall good job, tidy and clean. The taller one was more professional for sure but they made a miscalculation with a wall, the shorter one kept arguing saying that he did the job right despite his own measuring showing it was wrong, had to show him the text from my architect that detailed the measurements and even still he argued, the taller one mediated and agreed that they were wrong so they did rectify the issue.

Work was completed well and in good time. Tradesmen made good everything and cleared up after themselves. However, I was given a 9-1 time slot, I received a call saying the guys had been outside my house for a while at 8.45am and then was (inadvertently I'm sure) made to feel bad about this. I was given a maximum cost of the job. When I checked my bank account on Friday I realised that they had already taken then money out without calling me or sending an invoice. I called this morning (after bank holiday) to discuss this and the woman on the phone didn't seem at all apologetic and said that because I'd given my details I could expect money to be charged. I then said 'well you didn't send me an invoice' (which they said they'd do in the initial phone call) and she said 'oh well I'll get one out to you this afternoon if that's alright?' I'm assuming they were never going to send an invoice and were just happy having the money in their account. Very mixed feelings about this company.

OK I will be boring, they are prompt, comprehensively efficient. I asked for a like for like front door and have that. Really nice to do business with and very easy to talk to. I due course I shall get them to do double glazing. I can't say anything about cost because that wasn't really an issue, though I found it reasonable. Basically, they are very skilled and absolutely ace.

Luca and his team were superb all the way through and handled the job brilliantly. From the initial quote, Luca was warm and friendly and gave me every confidence in the project. My precise needs and requirements were evaluated before anything happened, and Luca came up with some great ideas to maximise the result of the build. The whole process was smooth from start to finish with regular updates on progress. The final result was outstanding, I couldn't be any happier! Excellent quality workmanship and nothing was too much trouble. Luca's team are so good to work with, Walter was an absolute pleasure and was incredibly kind and respectful (I have a young daughter and nothing noisy was done during nap times!). David did an excellent job for us replacing a floor. Which involved stripping out the old rotting floor and replacing new joists, floor boards and skirting. No easy job as there is a 4 to 5 foot drop under the floor! On time every day, tidy, good humoured and above all reliable and trustworthy. Will definitely use them again in the future.

He was really respectful of the space he was working in and incredibly clean and tidy. We were so impressed by how willing he was to accommodate our requests and absolutely thrilled with the immaculate work he did.
