We asked Mike to renovate our bathroom and toilet. Remove existing tiles and bath. Re tile and fit new shower and sink unit . Remove existing tiles ,re tile and fit new toilet unit. Mike came to view the job, he advised us on the tiles we should buy and where to buy all the other items . That was a great help. He also suggested things he could do that we had not considered. ( dropping pipes below floor, moving the radiator , removing old artex from ceiling and replace with new painted ceiling with spot lights) Mike was upfront and honest with us from the outset. There were quite a few problems that Mike had to deal with along the way. He took everything in his stride. He is methodical , professional and his work is excellent. Needing a new header tank and stand just one of the unforeseen problems ,along with a leaking pipe that had been leaking for years in the airing cupboard. Whatever we threw at him he did, even hanging doors for us. We got on well with Mike ,we will be having him back soon to sort out a problem with our kitchen ceiling and to hang more doors. Mike is a master of his craft, I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting his services.

The job was started promptly within a prior given time window, with scaffold going up and job completed the day after. Daniel called prior to starting work to confirm details regarding materials used, as well as during and after competition of the work. Very professional team, noted an issue with ventilation that was amended on the day with small additional charge. New soffit, fascia and guttering added with photos taken during. All old material was removed and tidied after completion, and the system was water tested to confirm function. Would recommend!

He carried out the tasks of plumbing of the toilet, sink, shower and bath, fitting false walls to hide pipes, installation of under floor heating, floor and wall tiling, plastering and finishing. All work was done to a high standard and we would definitely hire Lucian again.
