Karl responded to my query promptly and provided a clear and fair quote with a detailed breakdown of costs. He was very responsive when I called with questions, showing great patience and taking the time to explain everything thoroughly. I was particularly impressed by his flexibility—since I work weekdays, he arranged to visit my property over the weekend, which made things much easier for me. He was knowledgeable and took care to walk me through the process of submitting a planning application, offering practical and well-considered advice throughout. Although I am still awaiting the final decision, there have been no objections so far, and I feel confident the application will be successful thanks to his guidance.
