Eralp was very professional; he showed up to our appintments on time and he was very knowledgeable in the options that were available to me. He provided the architectural drawings for the garage conversion and completed and submitted the planning permission to the council on my behalf. We had difficulties from Bexley council and they delayed the approval of my application. Eralp was however very committed and he continued to pursue Bexley Council till they eventually approved my application. The level of dedication and support from Eralp was exceptional. I selected this individual to extend my garden patio. He then subcontracted the work and ordered the wrong materials. .... my patio slabs were a completely different colour. The option he gave me to resolve the issue was totally unsatisfactory. He made no further attempt to sort things out for me other than to hand the job completely over to the subcontractors. The job ended up costing me more money. I would not recommend this tradesman.
