He was polite, punctual, friendly and knowledgeable, and was very positive and solution-focussed in looking for a way to fit vents when other workmen had said the job was too tricky. He has experience with many aspects of building work (such as the fact he used to be a UPVC windows fitter), which makes him a skilled odd-job/handyman. In the end I didn’t need vents fitted but would look to use Chris for handyman work anytime.
