Job was carried out in dreadful snowy and windy conditions, and I was surprised that the job had not been postponed. I wanted to discuss quality of work with John but despite several attempts to contact him I have not been successful. John had used a workman to carry out a repair to my roof but I am not sure whether he was a qualified roofer as the repair appeared to be quite shoddy. I would not recommend John's Property Solutions to provide quality workmanship, and I feel that I spent £750 for a less than satisfactory outcome.

Cowboy builder- avoid like the plague! Literally everything Ash did either leaked or looked horrendous. He tried to tell me it doesn't matter if the walls aren't plumb to do herringbone tilling. Which it does! My bathroom has uneven, cracked tilling that looks terrible. Some of the tiles are falling off after just 3 months. He also said " it shouldn't matter that the shower tray isn't level" !? He ignored my/manufactures instructions to fit the tray on sand&cement and so it leaked downstairs after 2days. The tray & tiles had to be ripped up and redone. In the process he cracked the shower tray and called me a c#nt when I asked to be reimbursed. He fitted it again and it leaked on the other side so he caked the tray in white& clear silicone so it looks terrible. I had to scrape it all off and do it myself along with the plumbing for the shower head and the waste trap which leaked. I don't normally write reviews but felt compelled to save other people the stress,disappointment & £.
Same day response, completed the job to a high satisfaction. Very honest and genuine, would highly recommend.
