There's a leak on the main stop tap, and this needs replacing. Will need the pipe frozen, because I can't get access to the isolator on the street.

The main stop cock located underneath kitchen sink has a leak just underneath the tap (live side) where the plastic pipe connects with the brass tap fitting.
