Hot water taps only give out cold water

My hot water taps in the kitchen and bathroom have started to give out cold water instead of hot water and I think this is a thermostat issue with my electric water tank. I need a heating engineer to look at this asap

There is not hot water coming in one of the showers. Not sure why. May be thermostatic valve. Need investigation and resolution.
