Replacing silicon around bath (bath and floor) and behind kitchen sink. Tighten tap in kitchen (a bit loose) and fix dripping tap in bathroom. Not a huge job, but unfortunately needs doing 😊.

New kitchen been fitted. New sink in place but needs plumbing in ( incl connection of drainage from dishwasher). Needs new monobloc tap fitted ( probably needs some alteration to water pipes and more modern connections to new tap)....
