Sam came the day after my job was put on my builder.com to have a look and do a survey and see what was needed. He was very professional and explained in detail what was required. He was the only tradesman who actually came to see the job before quoting a price. If he had not come and looked I would not have known about the broken roof tile. A great job at a great price. He was easy to have around, always thoughtful and careful about tidying up and protecting floors etc. He gave me a reasonable quote and delivered on all of his promises.
