Very professional from start to finish and very reliable. Micky came out and quoted the job which I feel was fair and good price and within 1 week was laid. The two lads that came were very helpful and nice lads, got the job done and very very happy with end product. Would highly recommend.

Brian is not a one man operation, but he has a team, who are very professional. It took a while before I could give the go ahead for this job, due to outside influences, but Brian was very understanding and, once he could go ahead, was quick to fit my repair work in, greatly helping me as I'm in the middle of a house sale. The work was done professionally, for the quoted price, and quickly, and I was shown photos of what had been done. All in all very satisfied and highly recommend BLS Roofing Specialist Ltd.

Alex and his team are truly hidden gems. I honestly can't say enough good things about them! He visited us 3-4 times to investigate our issues, taking time to explain his thoughts and possible solutions while teaching us all about the fundamentals of maintaining an old house. His quote was reasonable and he understood the limitations we had in terms of budget, time and listed status, and crucially it didn't change - even in the face of material shortages and price hikes. The work was completed to really high standard with minimal disruption, and I'm so impressed with how the team left the site. There aren't many who would ask for a hoover to finish clearing up a job at 6pm on a Saturday! I'm looking forwards to working with ADR in the future; I won't be trust anyone else with our wonky old house again!

Put the job on my builder and Caulton replied pretty much straight away . Told him what was required and he got back to me with a price and a start date . Can’t fault his company , 1st class service .

From the start James was professional and his time keeping was impeccable. We felt at ease straight away and were able to ask lots of questions - we had lots of questions and we texted James throughout the build, he always answered promptly. James brought with him a team of skilled trades people, in particular Paul who laid all the bricks with such precision and dedication. The timescale for the build was lengthen due to COVID restrictions affecting the window manufacture but other than that every stage of the build was completed on time and within the agreed budget. I have no reservations in recommending James Cross to others contemplating a build.

Very good on time fab job would use again..

Harry quoted me for the job but did a few extra small things that needed attention for no extra cash. The team came early each day and left as it got dark. The pointing has been done to a very good standard as far as I can see . Harry appeared very knowledgeable and pointed out some work that needed doing which we had not noticed - a large amount of nests were taken out of the roof and combs put in. Harry and the team left out property clean and tidy . Thank you all for being pleasant and personable. A good honest price for a job well done!

From the first visit to view the work until it's completion it has been a very positive experience. Darran did not treat me as an idiot who didn't know what she was talking about and his explanation of the work was clear. He kept me informed and I am very pleased with the result: the wall looks excellent. I shall certainly contact him again when I need help.
